Dossier has the best customer service! I was so excited to get my order and start using Dossier. Unfortunately I didn't receive the package but order status shows delivered. I contacted Dossier team to let them know and not only they responded in minutes they solved the issue by sending me another order with the same fragrances. I received it within a couple days of contacting them. Value for the money buying it here. I’m sure you will not disappoint with the quality as well as customer service.

I’m very satisfied with my fragrance selection experience! Their website and customer service is the best. They have so many selections of high end perfumes and their version is honestly such good quality. I got one for myself and another for my friend. Oh and the packaging is absolutely amazing, so well-thought. I initially got the Ambery Saffron and Sandalwood as they had the best reviews, but those scents were more of a unisex and earthy scents, and I wanted more of a citrusy and floral scents. Dossier team responded so fast whether I contacted them by email of Ig direct. They’re very friendly, prompt and solved my issues very quickly. I definitely won’t have any worries next time I order fragrances from them. Thank you Dossier Team and Cristian :)

I needed to exchange fragrances from Dossier for a different product from the brand and couldn’t be more pleased with their customer service. The exchange policy was easy to follow and I was also able to reach out to Cristian from the customer service team to ask for help changing the shipping address of the new scent! The response was so quick and Cristian was able to assist with adjusting my shipping address immediately. Now all that is left is anticipating the arrival of the wonderful fragrance that is on the way!

I ordered a number of perfumes from Dossier and this was my first time. One of my bottles came empty, as if there was a leak or crack in the bottle. (Totally understand that shipping/handling isn’t always fragile) and I emailed Dossier. Their prompt response and action, helped me solve my problem! Definitely ordering from them again

Dossier has the best customer service! My first order was lost in transit and didn’t arrive at the projected time frame. The customer service team quickly rectified my issue and sent me another package, and I received it within a couple days of contacting them. Two weeks later, my first package showed up and when trying to send it back, they told me to keep it as a gift. What a nice surprise! Also, the overall quality of the packaging and bottles is superb! Not to mention, the perfumes are great and long lasting. I will definitely shop with Dossier again and again!
