This is gonna be a long review so buckle in. Let me start by saying that I am VERY picky when it comes to perfumes and scents. I’m usually that person that goes into a store and tests every single perfume and then leaves because they didn’t like any of them. This is super frustrating for me and has made it hard for me to find a staple perfume. Last spring I started getting really interested in perfumes and set out on a mission to find my “signature scent”. As I was researching different perfumes I came across dossier, which is a perfume house that makes dupes for high end-expensive perfumes. I also saw that they had a great return policy where you could order different scents, try them, and return the ones you didn’t like. This was great for me because I could try a bunch and return the ones I didn’t like. I ordered about 8 or 9 perfumes and was so excited to try them when they arrived (they also shipped pretty fast). After testing them o decided on keeping 2 and returning the other 6/7 (which was actually a win for me because usually I would have returned them all). So I packaged them returns up and brought them to USPS. Dossier emailed me a return label so I was surprised when USPS charged me to send the package back but I was like eh whatever since it was only $7. After about a week and 1/2 I noticed that the USPS tracking link wasn’t showing any change so I emailed dossier to see if they received my return yet and they said no. I waited FOUR months and still nothing. I guess USPS lost my package (which contained $125 worth of returns). Dossier handled the situation greatly and still refunded me even though USPS lost the package! Such a great customer service team!!! Also, it’s worth mentioning that their perfume dupes are SPOT ON! I had some of the actual perfumes next to the dossier dupes and they smelled IDENTICAL!!!! Love love love dossier

Had a bit of an unfortunate situation with USPS and my package never arrived. However, the Dossier was diligent and responsive and helped resolve the issue in timely manner. Shout out to Sorin and Robert for all your help.

Great Customer Service! I ordered a few perfumes and had to return a couple and they were so quick to respond and explain in detail what the return process was! Very impressed! Packaging was so Cute, and the perfume I decided to keep smells exactly like what I was looking for, and I love the glass bottles :) Thank you, definitely will be buying more perfumes in the future.

I would not hesitate to do business with this company, (Dossier) again. Great customer service. Fragrances are carefully and beautifully boxed before being shipped. A tremendous savings when compared to high end perfumes. Delacy M
