I had an issue with redeeming my reward points upon checkout and their customer service team jumped in an helped me out. This is a prime example of why I continue to purchase my scents with Dossier. There are no words to describe my experience. Received my order earlier than expected. The smell last all day and I got so many compliments. Even a friend who purchased the original commented and said you finally bought some Marc Jacob's Daisy I just smiled and said nope its dossier. I am in love and will definitely be purchasing more from them. Excited to order Chanel Chance next! Sky's the Limit! You guys are a dream come true for me. I had issues with my order (just taking a long time to process). Once I started a open dialogue with the customer service the experience was great. I got fast responses and all my questions answered. Then I needed to return because tik tok made me buy scents-I know better. I love feminine scents and I ordered unisex scents and didn’t like them. So my return I needed help on as well. Customer was there for me again. They are fast and efficient. Great experience as a customer. The perfume is definitely worth the price point. I love the chance and Jadore fragrances and these smell close enough to the original for everyday sprays.

Radu was a big help, never received my order and he put in a new one without charging me extra and handled everything perfectly. I received my order within few days and love the Amber Vanilla so much. Thanks again

I was skeptical about trying some lower brand type of fragrance that would just smell horrible but dossier has definitely earned my business. Every Fragrance smells identical to the real one, and you pay a quarter of the price. I get so many compliments on that I always smell so good. I definitely will continue using dossier. They also handle any shipping issues very fast and very helpful. Great company overall

I can’t describe the smell enough! It’s so amazing and refreshing and it lasts for a very long time. Not to mention the affordable prices they have and the amazing customer service! I can’t wait to try more and more of Dossier products and especially the candles 😍😍 am in love with Dossier.
