I reached out to customer service to verify my order and the service was prompt and excellent!!!

I’m fairly new to the Dossier gang, but have placed two orders thus far. The first order was seamless, though I didn’t like one of them. The second order was marked delivered but I never received it. I reached out to Dossier to inform them and they advised to wait a few days as it may show up. I waited but never received anything. I reached back out and was advised to submit a claim with the carrier. I did and was offered the option of a refund or to replace the items. I opted to replace and the order was submitted immediately by Mike. He was amazing in assisting me. I truly appreciate his professionalism. I will definitely order more and tell friends about Dossier as well.

The best! They have lots of options for different occasions like going out, going to the gym, date night. They're not over powering and the prices are great for spraying around the house. They even have candles now. I get lots of compliments. These are great for gifts and if you're not satisfied you can return it for free. I recommend to friends and family all the time.

I just recieved the perfume I wanted to try however it did not smell good on me. I contacted with Dossier, Andrew was so helpful and got back to me immediately! I have been using so many perfumes from the company and I always get so many compliments. I also bought alot of gifts for my sister from Dossier too. As a perfume nerd, I am glad that this amazing company is providing honest service , affordable price and access to wonderfully smelled perfumes for the consumers. You are the best Dossier!
