I have always enjoyed the perfume/cologne selection and quality here. My most recent purchase encountered an issue redeeming my points and the customer service was excellent to handle and resolve everything promptly and smoothly. I will absolutely continue to use dossier and recommend it highly to others.

I bought a fragrance for my niece for her birthday and she also received it from another friend. She wanted to return one so I told her we could return the one I purchased. I was concerned it might be a hassle but it was SO QUICK AND EASY! I had a problem downloading the return label and emailed Dossier. I heard back IMMEDIATELY and had a label within minutes. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This is my first time getting dossier perfumes I have seen a lot of influencers talk about dossier and how amazing they smell along with how cheap most of the prices are I shouldn't even say most it's all of the prices as someone who rarely has time to buy perfumes The one thing I need is to pay hundreds of dollars just to buy a name brand perfume which I know that I'm going to barely use The shipping was incredibly fast I ordered this on March 31st and it came in on the day of my birthday but I had to go pick it up in the post office. Maybe I will shop here for like special occasions oh as for the perfume itself it was floral lavender recently I went to Macy's with my mom and since it was our birthday week they gave us some freebies and one of them was the libre perfume so as soon as I got it I wanted to see if it actually smelled like the perfume and holy s*** it smelled exactly like the perfume and usually I would just go with Victoria's secrets perfume well body spray but never once have I sprayed something that is so close to similar

Customer support is so great and responsive. They gave me extensions for my return .

I was having issues using my reward points and Mike from customer service responded quickly to my concern, on a Sunday. He was able to issue a voucher in lieu of my points so I could proceed with my purchase. He also took the issue to IT to have the website fixed. He went above and beyond!!!!!
