Amazing customer service! Got 3 scents but didn’t like one and wanted an exchange. The website was glitching fir exchanges so i emailed customer service and they responded and filed the exchange for me within an hour or so and let IT know the glitching! Very helpful and amazing scents!

First of all, Dossier knows how to make long lasting amazing smelling perfume. I ALWAYS get compliments on my dossier scents, even after a long day. Second, their customer service is amazing!! I was having trouble redeeming points at checkout, not only did they clear things up for me but they even gave me more points for my trouble so I could get the most money off my cart 🥹 Love love love Dossier!! 100/10 🌟🌟🌟

I received my order on the 27th of May and upon opening the box I could sense a strong fragrance coming out. I realized that two of the perfumes had leaked in their boxes. I reached out to Customer Support as soon as I noticed the issue and they were very fast when responding and assisting me with the issue. I hate wasting product and so I didn’t want to file a return for the two defective bottles. I suggested that I could make them work by purchasing my own perfume bottles and decanting the Dossier perfumes in order to be able to use them further and they offered to give me a discount on my order which was refunded right away. I am beyond pleased with the timely manner in which this issue was solved and by the professionalism of the customer service representative. As far as the scents go, they are divine at first sniff and cannot wait to test them!

I received 3 products. They were amazing as expected. My sister and super holly recommended them to me. I contacted customer service with an issue I had with delivery and they were promptly to resolve the issue. It’s such a great gift to anyone. I will definitely be buying more in the future.
