I had ordered from dossier before and LOVE the scent woody sandalwood I think this was my third bottle! I have the real le labo sandal 33 and have to say woody sandalwood is really close to the original and I may even like it more to me it’s a little sweeter. My order didn’t arrive as quickly as it normally does to I reached out to customer service and Adrian responded very quickly and had a new order shipped out the next day! I can’t believe how great their customer service is and I’ve worked in the customer service field for years. They are Simply The Best! You won’t regret purchasing with Dossier! I know I will definitely order again!

I really love Dossier, haven't had a miss yet, as others have stated, some issues do happen with outside shipping carriers, but it's no different from when Sephora or Amazon sends out items immediately and then you have to try to find where your package was delivered by the proof of delivery photo. Make sure to stack your discounts, you can get up to 20% off with 5 items, plus there's a ton of codes on the web, and you get points as well. Great dupes, only caveat is they don't last as long as the originals, maybe half as long, but the scents are amazing.

first of all their perfumes are amazing, if you happen to not like a certain scent they happily exchange it for any other scent you want to try. customer service is wonderful and by experience i can say that they solved my issues super fast.
