The customer service was extremely quick, helpful, and the best part of all is it seemed like a real person understood what your issue was and wanted to do anything in their power to solve it. Something like this genuinely goes a long way. I already loved Dossier because their scientists are amazing at replicating, designer scents at a fraction of the price. But this customer service took it over the top. I will be a loyal customer for life.

Me llegó el Ambery Oakwood, inspirado en Angel´s Share, como es inspiración no calificaré su parecido con el original, que si lo tiene, si no la calidad del producto como tal. Aroma 10/10: Totalmente agradable y distinguible notas de otras, nada sintetico. Duración 9/10: En mi caso, la fijación y duración fue bastante decente para ser un eau de parfum, de 8 a 10 horas me duró en brazo, aunque curiosamente en ropa duró menos, lo cual es curioso por que siempre es alrevez. Atomizador 11/10: La verdad no esperaba que el atomizador fuera premium, esperaba algo génerico, pero es buenisimo, compite con los atomizadores de diseñador incluso superando a algunos. Presentación: La presentación es la básica de Dossier, minimalista, bonito, la etiqueta no de muy buena calidad pero es lo de menos, así que este punto no lleva calificación.

the easy of getting the issue resolved

I received my first order with the Dossier membership and loved it! My package was damaged in transit, so I was missing one item, however the customer service team took care of my issue quickly! I get so many compliments wearing these! Top tier dupes, can't even tell the difference!
