Tried the fragrance sent and not only did it not smell as expected the spray lasted only 5 minutes. I returned all 3 bottles purchased and never received my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM DOSSIER!!!

I have made several purchases from dossier in the past year. I loved the scents but I'm having an issue with this last purchase. My daughter bought me a fragrance for Christmas that broke my skin out and it doesn't mix well with my body chemistry so I've been trying to do an exchange since Christmas. My emails have gone unanswered and at this point I think they have the site rigged so that it's difficult to make a return and your 30 day window of time runs out. I'm very disappointed and wouldn't recommend purchasing from a company that treats their customers that way.

Worst customer service. Been waiting for over a week for a response from the customer service line. Sent multiple emails, none if which received a reply. I would call but there's no number, which is why I'm stuck waiting for the email that will never come. Couldn't pay me to use dossier ever again.

I order the perfumes on Black Friday as a requested present for my daughter. I received an email message a week and a half later saying that my order had been delivered but that was not the case. I was home all day and never received the order. I immediately notified the company via email and they recommended waiting for several days, I did still no delivery. I've asked for a refund but they continue to say to wait and state all orders will be delivered but no timeframe of when. I want a refund so that I can use that money to get my daughter another gift for Christmas.

They have no idea when the order will be delivered. Have been waiting for the past 15 days, no idea if they have the capability to fulfill orders. Moreover they keep sending emails with new offers in the holiday season

No order confirmation yet after 3 weeks and 18 emails asking for updates and no response - so sad. Its 2023 these are such amatuer problems. If you buy from them your likely not getting your order.

WILL I EVER RECEIVE MY ORDER? I placed my order on Nov 28 (11 days ago as of today) and still haven’t received an email that my order has been shipped. At this point I’m concerned it won’t arrive in time for christmas! I’ve emailed them but no response yet. Seems like I’m not the only one with this issue. This is really unprofessional. If you say your order should be RECEIVED within 2-7 days (stated on dossier site) respect your words!! Geez. Never gonna order with them again.

I do not recommend this company. They constantly promote sales however, they have trouble fulfilling orders from a month ago. They focus more on putting their product into Walmart than fulfilling orders directly from their website. Another thing is that if/when the items ship, the carrier they use is extremely slow.
