Ordered and wanted to try the labo copy perfume, overall packaging was good and all but the scent omg, it was so strong it gave me huge headaches. I didn’t want it anymore and so returned it and they charged me 10$ for the return. I honestly think they shouldn’t charge for returns when it involves the person not liking the smell. Won’t be buying anymore and won’t be trying out more , typically paying 10$ when I am trying perfume. Not worth it

I tried five perfumes, but they're all really strong and nothing like the more expensive ones they claim to replicate. They simply smell cheap and overpowering. To add to this, I had a bad experience with their customer service. I tried to make a return within the 30 day window after giving myself some time to test out the perfumes. The site prompted me to log in to request the return - I couldn't remember if I'd made an account, so I tried to reset my password and the site said I'd receive a reset email. Nothing indicated I hadn't set up an account, and there was no way at the time to request a return without logging in. I contacted Dossier's customer service team within the 30 day window when I still wasn't receiving a reset password email, but by the time they sent me a separate link to request a refund, I'd left on a business trip. They require photos of the perfumes as part of the return process (why this is I couldn't understand), which I couldn't get as I wasn't home. When I got home and tried to use the separate link they'd sent to request a return, it told me I'm past the return window and they refused to make an exception in this instance, despite the technical issues. I'm now left with five unusable, bad smelling perfumes thanks to a hard-to-navigate returns process and a faulty website. Wouldn't recommend.

This perfume smells amazing! Probably my favorite scent BUT sadly dossier has false advertisement and poor customer service. They failed to put their whole ingredient list on the website. The whole reason why I purchased from them was that they didn’t have perfume/parafum listed. So it was a shock when I discovered the real ingredient list at the bottom of the bottle a couple of months later. I attempted to get a return, I didn’t get a response from customer service, several months later I attempted again to reach them and got a response, since the return window had closed there couldn’t be an exception made even when I explained the situation and had barely used the perfume. I feel very disappointed, lied to, and upset with the customer service I received. I like the companies I purchase from to be transparent and back their claims they make on their website.

I purchased two advent calendars and sadly the smells give me migraines, I tried to return only to find out they are not returnable! I spoke with customer service and showed them the webpage and it doens't say not returnable, she showed me some tiny FAQ that hides that it's not returnable. Shady company stay away.

I put in the wrong address and contacted them about changing it a mere hour after the order was placed and I did not get a response. I contacted them a couple times until I got a response telling me I couldn't change the address. ALSO! It appears the AUTOMATICALLY charged me for dossier+, which I had no interest at all in getting. They haven't responded and charged me without my permission. so far this company has trashed roughly 60 of my dollars. DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE ROBBED

Please be aware this company a scam! . After multiple orders. This company will forced you to subscribe. Such as a credit card info usage without your permission. You will have to order new credit card and file FRAUD. Also they never respond to your email and they donr have phone number tp call. Only from WhatsApp. Scam!

I ordered for the first time and I received the email stating my ordered was delivered but to my surprised I never received anything. I contact dossier and they didn't help at all saying that I would have to contact the DHL for that issue. It's so sad that I just waist my money and time. Be careful when you order something they might say it was delivered to steal your money.

Parfum literally smells like rubbing alcohol, sprayed my neck 10 times per side, got zero reaction from my husband. WASTE OF MONEY
