I have over 20 perfumes from dossier because I am obsessed with them and for good reason! I have bought ambery saffron, floral brown sugar, and fruity honey over 3 times EACH! And I’ve bought it for friends and family too!! I’ve been a loyal customer of dossier for over 5 years and I always recommend them when people are looking to buy perfumes. I recently bought a few perfumes and didn’t like the smell they just weren’t for me. The return process was so easy. You do need to submit a photo of the product and your return needs to be reviewed. So far none of my returns have been rejected, but I also return after a few spritz when I realize I don’t like the smell so I don’t use much. The customer service is great. I contacted them through what’s app and they responded very quickly. I will purchase more from dossier!

Aside from having great scents Dossier staff is also quick to answer any questions and take care of any issues.

I waited to write this review until I received the product and now I feel I can give a well rounded review. First off I was truly impressed by Dossier’s customer service. I spoke with Larry on multiple occasions and they were not just generic emails. I had an issue with my order and Larry promptly looked into it for me. Not only that but we had a great email conversation about being small business owners and shared many of the same views and values. Larry worked tirelessly, even updating me on a weekend about my order. Even wished my daughter a happy birthday as some of the scents in my order were for my daughter. I received the package today and took in each scent I purchased. Truly blown away by how close they are to the originals. I respectfully do not even want to call these dupe scents because I honestly think these perfumes could arguably be better than the originals. I will say, let each frangrance dry down before you leave a review that they smell like alcohol. Every perfume has alcohol. Once you let these dry down just like any perfume you seriously can smell every single note and I mean that. I’m sure why Dossier has a few not great reviews is because perfume is tricky. It can smell one way on one person and completely different on another. In my first experience with them I am truly impressed by all 6 that I purchased and will without hesitation be purchasing the larger sizes. 10/10 for accurately described and beautifully smelling scents and 10/10 for amazing customer service.

Dossier made my reorder so easy!

I have a few perfumes form dossier and they all smell good I wish The longevity was just a little bit longer, but I mean, what can you ask for when they keep the perfume at reasonable prices? I also had an issue with shipping and they resolved the issue right away. Took care of it and shipped me out a new package immediately so far so good and I’m very happy with Dossier so far waiting for my Valentino born room to come. I’m so excited.

I purchased from Walmart first and loved the fragrance. I wanted a dossier original and purchased next from the dossier website. USPS took a few days for updated tracking information so I contacted dossier. They replied back right away! I was definitely impressed. I will be receiving my Oder later today and I can’t wait! Not only do I think their quality of perfume is amazing but their customer service is at the same level.
