I was gifted Woody Sandalwood about a year ago and have loved it ever since. I get compliments on it all the time. I have tried many perfumes over the years; this one is absolutely my favourite! My mom and mother-in-law have commented regularly about how nice I smell, so I recently purchased a new bottle for myself, one for each of them as an upcoming birthday gift. Not even a week later I see that Dossier is holding a flash anniversary sale, meaning that if I had just waited a few days to place my order, I would have had additional savings. This made me really frustrated! I reached out to Dossier to express my concerns and added that, perhaps in future, there could be a prompt or indication of upcoming sales so I don't miss out. With all this said, the feedback from Dossier was immediate, apologetic, and understanding. Additionally, they offered me a small refund for the difference in the sale prices... Amazing customer service!!!

Sent a return that was lost in the mail. Contact Dossier and they refunded my card anyway within an hour of sending the email. Unexpectedly fast and uncomplicated!

Excellent product. I ordered 4 scents and didn’t love one. The return process was easy and hassle free. Will order again!

Dossier has caring customer service, responsive, follows up, real people - not a canned response. Now perfumes, they’re absolutely worth it. They’re, in my opinion, very beautifully crafted, thoughtfully executed and I appreciate the clean simple aesthetic of the bottles, boxes and presentation. For me, I’ve found some absolutely delicious and amazing perfumes that I adore. As with any perfume, your body chemistry is key to any perfume and scents , no perfume smells the exact same on everyone. So each perfume smells different on us. Go in with an open mind, and be adventurous, try several, send one back, send several back, keep one, then repeat. You never know what you might find next.

I'm having difficulty recieveing my order, but dossier costumer services, are really kinda, professional, and super fast a responding to my situation, I trust that I will recieve my package soon, it's a surprise for my brother's wedding, I already have over 10 colognes from dossier, and I love them all

Customer service is on point! The rep helped me to understand my membership and how to navigate the site. The rep was very thorough with explanations and included links and screenshots, which were very helpful. Due to a change in finances, I wanted to cancel my membership, but after such a positive customer service experience, I suspended membership instead. I felt no pressure from the rep to keep my membership. I look forward to resuming and utilizing my membership perks in the future!
