I placed a order. Unfortunately they were out of 2 fragrances I really wanted so setled for the Creed Adventus for her dupe. Terrible, smells like my grandmother's house. Also musky guiac and and citrus matcha are far from their originals by le labo!!!! I was surprised by dossier in a very disappointing way. In the past I have loved their fragrances. Even though they were slightly different than the originals, I received a quality product. I reached out and requested a return and didn't hear back. Waited and emailed again. The return portal had not been working when I originally attempted the return. While I understand technical difficulties, this should not come at the customer's expense!! Now they said it's just over 30 days and they are unable to generate a return label. I was very disappointed at Tudors lack of assistance and dossiers failure to stand behind their products.

Very dissatisfied with the dossier customer service plus the product itself. The perfume had pleasant smell but didn’t last 30 min, so not worth the money. The customer service was even worse. I returned the product , then on my account I saw extra charge. I contacted them and asked what’s going on . They said it was charged for membership. I didn’t sign up intentionally , it was an accident. I explained that I had no idea how it happened, and asked to cancel the membership and refund the charge. On what they said we can’t do that, we can only do in store credit. That’s my first time having a problem about this with customer service. I made only one purchase from dossier and didn’t plan to buy anything from them since I was disappointed with their products. And now they re not even giving me a choice. Very frustrated, and not happy with this company.

I ordered 3 scents, which were highly rated. I have no idea how because two of them smelled nothing like the name brand. The third smells good but lasts less than an hour. I reached out for a refund on the two fragrances that smell nothing alike and was told that I was over the 30 day return period and they refuse to do anything to make it right. I see similar experiences from other customers. Stay away from this company and buy a real bottle…trust me. **Update: Despite their response below, I reached out to customer service and they refused to assist, wasting more of my time. Stay clear of this company.

Ordered the Ambery Saffron. When it arrived it smelt like alcohol for 2min then nothing. Thought well at least they do refunds if your not happy. Well finding the refunds on the UK site is interesting, almost like they dont really want you to ask for one. Finally click on link and its down. Send email and get a reply that they cant do return labels right now. Same reason they gave another reviewer at the start of this month. So not in a rush it seems to provide decent customer service. I point this out and get a dont worry mate I totally have your back. We will sort it out. That was the 19th now the end of the 22nd and nothing. Would highly unrecommend and have told everyone who will listen to not shop with them in the UK.

Nausea causing perfume. Nothing much to say, they just missed the mark.

I paid for 5 bottles of perfume using klarna the money was pulled from the account , I didn’t receive any confirmation that my order was processed it’s been 3 days when I contacted the stupid support I was told i will receive an email with the confirmation number and details yet I received nothing. Totally not recommend it very bad experience

While I like the perfumes, I DO NOT LIKE that I was signed up, withOUT my authorization, for a monthly subscription to Dossier+ for $30. I have cancelled the membership subscription, and consider this a very shady thing for Dossier to do!

deceptive does not tell you charge is recurring does not answer emails or phone . Did respond right after this email and completely resolved the issue to complete satisfaction .
