I just received my 5 fragrances and have tried all of them. I am impressed at the scents and the longevity of them - they don't fade away quickly and are not overpowering. The reason I felt I wanted to try so many is the return policy offered. I hate wasting product so for me it was worth trying and I liked them all so much I won't be returning. But nice to know it is an option. I ordered Woody oakmoss, Ambery Saffron, Woody Sandalwood, Fruity brown sugar, and Floral grapefruit. My two favourites are Ambery Saffron and Floral Grapefruit but they are all good. I have even enjoyed experimenting layering them with success. Love the simple bottles with magnetic lids. The issue of a lost package was handled quickly and efficiently, the customer service was exceptional and I can’t wait to order more.

Emailing with Helen and Mike was very easy and the reply back was prompt. The customer service was excellent. I would continue to shop with Dossier because I have confidence that any issue would be resolved quickly.

EDIT: Thank you Dossier for your response and for making this right! After I emailed again, they refunded the extra charge. I appreciate it and will continue to purchase (thank goodness, because some of my absolute favorite scents are from Dossier Originals). Thank you again! I absolutely love Dossier- this time around I purchased a big order during a sale. All but 2 of my 9 scents were great. I needed to exchange the two. The exchange wouldn't process online so a very helpful dossier customer service agent helped me. Unfortunately, even though I was exchanging for fragrances that were the exact same price, I had to pay the difference as if they were full price. So I exchanged 2 bottles but had to pay almost 30 bucks to have them sent out- as I got an email stating that I had a balance that needed to be paid before they would approve my exchange. I understand this is probably to prevent people from taking advantage of sales, but when I started the exchange process, the sale was still going. Wish I didn't have to pay that much for exchanges. Makes me worried about how often I blind buy. Glad I normally have good luck with what I purchase, but this "exchange" left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth.

I have ordered a few different fragrances from Dossier for both my husband and myself and we have loved each of them! Additionally, their customer service is excellent! I'll be ordering again for sure!
