I made a purchase right before Christmas for a gift for my wife. A one time purchase. Come to find out in January that they signed me up for their monthly subscription without my knowledge or consent. My credit card was charged and I didn’t even have a profile with them, which is to say, they didn’t have any of my information on file other than cc and email. I had to dispute the charge as Dossier was of no help whatsoever and all I got was auto-generated emails. Do not buy anything from Dossier because they are shady and will charge your credit card without your knowledge or consent.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription. They sent me a link that does not work. This not a game I need my money I cannot afford you people going into my account when keep sending emails and no one will help. I may have ask my bank to block you or find some legal process

Disingenuous! Casual Responses here from Dossier as if a refund for my first month of “membership” is coming - NOPE. Don’t buy it - this company appears only about getting your $ for nothing.

This company took advantage and put me on a recruiting payment of $42.25 a month which I was unaware that this was gonna happen So be careful and aware of this company There is no phone number to contact our representative to discuss anything on the account. And the product is not amazing as everybody thinks it is. Sonia

I would do 0 if I could. Purchased this cologne for my grandson as Christmas gift. He started sneezing the minute he put it on so I contacted Dossier right after Christmas explaining this. I’ve reached out several times letting them know it was gift so he didn’t open it until Christmas but their response is that they “have” to stick with policy. Also, be careful as I did one time purchase and next thing I know, I get notice they did another charge for approximately $42 on my credit card as they said I had subscribed (which I didn’t). Awful cologne and customer service!

Charged $42.70 for a subscription i didnt want. A notice email was sent to my spam a day prior and the company contact is trash. Perfume smells great but that subscription is shady and im not the only one not happy about this. Go online and look they do this to a lot of people

Ordered a product got billing address correct but shipping was wrong. Ended with 9 instead of 0. The address ending in 9 does not exist. It wasn’t delivered. No help. When I email help desk I got a text from Philippines which represented themselves as USPS and want CC info to redelivered. Finally was charged membership fee and delivery insurance which do nothing. Scam scam scam

Dossier has made multiple unauthorized charges to my account. I didn't realize how many they had made so was unable to file claims for multiple of them and lost significant money. Perfume smells good, but be very careful if buying from them.
