My experience with dossier was great, a majority of the products gave the desired heavenly aroma that they promised and their customer service was great.

I was not able to receive my product (due to transport or theft) but customer service was great! Super fast, super nice and effective. If I had my package I would give 5 stars but I’m not sure what the product is like.

Although I had some trouble with my order (not on Dossier's end but USPS) I spoke with costumer service and my problem got fixed in less than 20 minutes. My issue was fixed and 2 says later the package was right at my door. USPS had sent me a message saying my address was invalid but thanks to Dossier, I found out it wasn't which saved me from a redelivery fee. The package still ended up at my door despite USPS saying there was an error. I also wouldn't recommend the Route app, its all wonky. The perfume came and it smelled great, worth the buy and now that I know what to expect from Dossier I will be ordering again.

Bought their impression of Green Irish Tweed and there’s no discernible difference to the original, at a fraction of the cost. It’s hit and miss as to how much their impressions match the real product, but overall their product is good.

5/5 for Customer rep: Andrew. 3/5 for Dossier. I returned my order over a month ago, and they did not start processing my return until I actively got in contact with them again. Every other company I've ever dealt with automatically processes returns when they receive the package. It leaves me wondering what would have happened if I never got in contact myself.

I had some unpleasant experience with their perfume, but customer support was so amazing. I will be definitely buying once again. Thanks Dossier.

I’m sure my experience would have been 5 stars if I revived my package however I did not. I’m not sure what happened but I contacted the team and their customer service was EXCELLENT. I followed their directions and within a matter of days I was refunded with no hesitation. I have never had such a good interaction with any other companies customer service. It definitely made me want to shop with Dossier again and give it another chance.

I have ordered from this company twice now. The first experience was amazing. The second time, I never received any confirmation/shipping information. I reached out to their customer service and they got back to me same day!! Which is unheard of from a lot of companies. They shipped my perfume the very next day and I received shipping confirmation! I’m really pleased how willing they were to help me! I will definitely be ordering from them again!
