Pretty much everything
Pretty much everything, your commercial says one thing your company says another. You CAN Not get a person to call you back ….. my Credit Card number was attempted to be used a few days after I placed the order , NO ONE else but the person I placed the order with had the front and back numbers to my card . As American Express is different than most any other cards . My credit card company stopped the charge luckily. The whole experience has been a joke

Dormeo is a racket.......
Dormeo is a racket.......Pay $300 with the so-called "free shipping" and "free returns". Donate the mattress, as it won't be taken back, and they'll refund me $125. When I purchased the mattress, there was NOT a $175 shipping charge. They get the entire cost of th mattress covered and purchaser gets 42% back! they don't care if you keep it or reject it.....Dormeo gets paid either. If you are a victim, notify the FTC and your local consumer protection agencies.

You said that the mattress cover was…
You said that the mattress cover was cooling and breathing. Well, it is not at all. I'm just as hot laying down on top of the topper as I was laying down on my mattress. It is not as you advertised. I would like to send it back.

I was told that I can try out pillows…
I was told that I can try out pillows and if not satisfied, I can return them, this isn’t the case, on recent phone call the this company, I told the customer service rep, that I was no satisfied with the pillows, she stated that the company doesn’t take back opened merchandise, and if I want a refund, that I would have to donate to a stooge and send a copy of the receipt, this was not told to me when I ordered, had I known this up front, I would not have tried out the pillows, I’m wanting a fell refund of the pillows, because this was NEVER told to me, and the pillows are very pricey, $80 per pillow, I should have been told up front that if the merchandise is opened, it can not be returned, so how are you supposed to try out the product it you can not open it. To Hard Just like laying on The Floor.They Took 44 Dollars From My Refund And I Don't know Why.You Charge To Much For A Hard Topper Like That.It Really Hurt My Feelings.

However, we understand that 'feel' or comfort level is subjective. What feels soft or firm can vary from person to person. HIGHLY disappointed in the product as…
HIGHLY disappointed in the product as it definitely did not seem at all what is advertised. Definitely not worth the price, as it seems like it is just foam with a cover over it, cheap looking. Very hard/ uncomfortable. When we reached out to customer service, I was told to "lay the mattress topper on the floor and walk on it with clean feet to break it in" very unacceptable!! Trying to get the topper returned was ridiculous as well, told to donate, well we found out that most donation centers do not accept bedding as in mattress toppers, mattresses, box springs so then I was told to throw it away or give to a family member or friend, BUT need proof as in pictures or receipts, unfortunately we had to throw it away. I would not recommend Dormeo for any products and I have made sure to let anyone who asks, just that! DO NO PURCHASE!!
