This combined with a fitted sheet over both your topper and your mattress will help keep it in place. We're sorry if there was any confusion regarding our refund policy. The $35 charge you are referring to is due to a promotion you received on purchase that included the condition of being non-refundable. This portion only, would remain unrefunded after going through our 100 night sleep guarantee. Please note that we always provide an option for a refund, and any 60% refund or partial refunds are case-by-case completely optional alternatives to our main refund policy, which still remains available to you. While our refund process differs between opened and unopened products, the amount refunded to you remains exactly the same.

We were in communication with you to arrange a refund when you decided to dispose of the product in the garbage instead.
