Our dormeo topper had a tear from normal use, it is over 4 years old. We emailed our concerns to the company which they quickly responded. We were going to have to get a new mattress. We bought a new mattress less than 2 years and you could see already how it was sunk in. We apparently made a bad choice. One last attempt, I decided to try your mattress topper. It is not too soft but not too firm. Confirms to your body. So far, so good. Love it. We are glad we tried the topper. I had purchased one years ago and took back it was awful.
