arthritis pain
I have arthritis, fibromyalgia,lots of pain, hip,shoulder an back.both knees. I fell asleep almost immediately an slept thru the night. No tossing an turning. I was very sceptical.

Don't forget to use your alarm on the days you need to in order to wake up on time. Don't want you oversleeping now that you are sleeping through the nights. Take care.

The mattress toppers arrived quickly…
The mattress toppers arrived quickly with adequate tracking. They had quite clear instructions on how to unwrap and how long to let them "breathe". The very first night was very comfortable and I slept an hour or two longer than usual with less stiffness.
