We have not had this item long enough to evaluate, so far not much difference, but my understanding is that it will take some time to get the full benefits from this mattress top.

Service, packing and delivery were awesome! But I find the mattress support to be very uncomfortable. The hexagon supports were too stiff and the shapes were too definable. I did not sleep well and cannot comfortably use your system. I am happy with the waterproof cover. I wish to return the support system but have no idea how I’d be able to do this. Once out of the packaging there’s no amount of compression that would work, without a machine to do it for me, to be able to mail it back to you!

1. You did not tell me how much it weighed. If I had known that, I would have tried to line up someone to lift it onto the bed sooner. 2. Which way does it go on? Is the name supposed to be at the head or the foot of the bed? 3. I am still waking up in pain or with a migraine more than half of the time. I am hoping that it will get better in time.

This one doesn’t seem to be as sturdy as my last one. It’s already starting to not spring back. I really liked the first one I bought. But this one doesn’t seem like it’s holding up like it. I’m not sure if I would buy another one.
