never received the order it did not…
never received the order it did not come via fedx, they said they delivered it but it came to our address. happy hell no $421.00 for not a thing.

Worst warranty in the industry
Worst warranty in the industry. Bought a topper that lasted less than 5 years. You have to pay $150 to get a new topper under warranty. Real rip off. Besides at the age of 79. It's close to impossible to remove topper photos required are almost a dozen to file a claim. Look elswhere

Rest assured you do not have to pay $150 for a new topper under warranty, this charge you may have seen in our warranty policy page is related to our mattresses only. The images we request allow our Quality Assurance team to assess your topper for any defects. I apologize if it seems like a lot of images, but we are thorough with ensuring we identify any issues with our products so that we can continue to improve them. We stand behind the quality our topper, and have in previous years had a 98.2% warranty approval rate as long as proof of purchase and pictures of the manufacturing defect are provided. Not the right fix for me!
It wasn't the right Topper for me. Entire body stiff & painful.

The Dormeo matress topper is not comfortable.05252026
The Dormeo matress topper is no where as comfortable as they claim. We purchased ours through Amazon. We do not feel the topper adds to the comfort of the matress below. It was still very firm. We both felt that the foam topper we had on our previous camper matress enhanced the comfort level, but the Dormeo does not. Amazon would not take it back because we were past the 30 days they offer. Our first outing in our camper was past the 30 days, unfortunate. When we talked to Dormeo inside their 100 day waranty, they just referred us back to Amazon ... not taking any responsibility for their product.

While your Amazon order will also be covered by our warranty, purchases from third party retailers will use that retailer's refund policy.

I have been trying to make a return for…
I have been trying to make a return for my mattress topper because it was not useful to me it made my back feel worse than what it is and I am getting very frustrated because it was very easy to buy but this return has become very difficult as I am an elder personI was given information for a charity that I cannot get in contact with and I am not able to find another charity so all I need to do is be refunded and someone can pick up the topper however you'd like to do it.

I got the wrong mattress pad and I had…
I got the wrong mattress pad and I had problems getting my money back. Which it says full money back guaranteed. And you also charge me the $35 that it said free shipping. I will never buy anything from you all again.

Thank you for getting in touch. You will see on your order confirmation invoice that the free shipping discount was applied when you placed the order. I can see that we have refunded your returned product back to your original payment method. This can take up to 7-10 days to show on your statement, but is often much quicker.

Watch out READ warranty first GO ELSE WHERE
I looked at their adds and liked the idea. I called and was wanting more info including a copy of their warranty. Sales lady kept pushing me to sign up with fine talk of small amount $20 down but refused to get me warranty copy and got rude and hung up. Ok maybe she had a bad day so called back got same bad treatment from different woman who also hung up on me. Then I read Trustpilot reviews and learned many had a rough time as I did. No way will i buy from them! UPDATE 4-18 Because of TRUSTPILOT, THEY finally gave a link to the warranty, offering only an email for contact. I did contact them but received no phone number, only an offer to be called back in unspecified time. The warranty contained 1054 words including many points unfavorable to and unknown by buyers, not mentioned by either representative I spoke with such as "There is a $150 shipping charge for warrantyreplacement mattresses," Please note their reply here says "warranty - does not require any additional payment " and I say DO NOT BUY.
