The item is great,i am more comfortable when i go to bed now.My mattress was sagging, i was thinking of buying a new mattress, with this mattress cover i dont need to get a new mattress. It feels great ,i go to sleep and i sleep all night. No more waking up all during the night. This was a good investment for me.

This is my second Dormeo. I love the slightly firm topper feel of the Dormeo. Not too squishy and not too firm. So comfortable!

Time of delivery as expected. After a week or so, I decided I had made a good investment. Over the last couple years, I’ve spent more money on different mattress tops, only for them to not maintain their function. The Dormeo topper has lived up to the description. I now have barely hip and shoulder pain, not to mention my sleep is more restful. After a month, there has been no flattening or lack of shape. Plus they have a great return policy. Wish I would have spent the extra money earlier.

Dormeo Customer Care has been one of the best customer focused services that I have had the pleasure to deal with. Communication was immediately responsive and when the product did not fit for the expected use they guided me through the return details and refunded my money immediately. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and help. There was nothing wrong with the product - it was me who made the error and Customer Service could not have been better to work with.
