Not good customer service. Disappointed I purchased 2 king size beds. They didn't even understand that I was purchasing 2 King Size mattress topper. They're not what I expected. Disappointed customer

It is comfortable but it keeps sliding off the matteress. So I fix the straps at the corners, but it does it again and again. I wake in the morning and 1/4 of it is off the bed. I have had this for a few weeks now and my patience is running thin and I had high hopes with this matteress topper.

We're sorry to hear about this difficulty keeping the topper in place. Please ensure that your fitted sheet is placed over the topper and the mattress together, and that it is rated for the correct thickness, as this will help keep the topper in place.

I was writing about the mattress topper, I thought it would be more firm, It's nice but not what I thought. It feels lumpy in spots and warm in others. I'll give it more time, hopefully it'll get better in time.

Because I have chronic back pain, it's too soft for me. However I have been able to sleep better but when I get out of bed in the morning, the pain is horrible! I would recommend to others.

Still getting used to the topper but the pillows suck . Can’t tell difference between the softer side and harder side. I have only taken one out of the box as still switching between my old pillows and yours. Considering the sheets but the pillows seem to be a bust. I’ll give it the 100 day test but as of now considering sending pillows back

Thank you for your review. We use a different density of foam for the softer and firmer sides of the Premium Duo Pillow. Each side is indicated on the label on the edge of the pillow case.

I like how I have good support but I do not like how sweaty I get at night. I thought about telling my family about the product but I want to wait as last night I did not feel the support like I have in the past weeks. I purchased two jumbo pillows for myself and husband. I woke up sweating last night as well as my husband did (not every night, but I did not expect to sweat at all). I told him one of the reasons I purchased it was because it states how cool you will sleep at night time.

These should be made from a breathable material such as cotton or bamboo to ensure the patented Octaspring cooling technology can work its best.
