This was a great topper for two years then it began to shrink cover puckered showing indents and then poking in the butt high price for not a lot of time update received a response from Dormeo on their customer service cost $150 to ship the topper back after you take pictures of your existing mattress existing frame putting a yardstick across the bed showing the indentation of it showing your mattress topper problem showing your mattress to your box spring what it's put on so you're jumping through hoops to send it back for $150 for a $350 popper so keep that in mind when you're buying this piece of junk
