Dormeo’s customer service is exceptional! They accidentally sent me the wrong size topper, and after opening it and placing it on my bed, I realized it was a California king instead of a King size. They handled the exchange for the correct size and are resending me the correct size topper. I was skeptical ordering such an expensive bed topper but my poor sleeping and back problems prompted me to give this topper a try and I am very happy that I did. I still have a decent period of time to really try it out and decide if I want to keep it or not. Don’t hesitate on giving this a try if you’re having that problems in your bed or need a new mattress.This company will work with you to make sure you are happy!
