I had a hard time getting a real person to answer, kept getting a computer and it said to leave a message and they would return my call, they never did return my call, finally got a real person, after that the order went well, except at the end he kept pushing some supposedly free stuff I said I didn’t want it, he wouldn’t take no for answer, so I had to cancel the stuff when the information showed up, that was a hassle, otherwise the mattress topper and pillow have been very nice

Have not spent enough time on the mattress to adequately evaluate its therapeutic rating. Not crazy about the pillow. It’s too thick and causes discomfort in my neck. Fed Ex did not even ring my door bell when they delivered it.

I am very thin from chemo and my shoulders, hips and other joints were hurting on the mattress and the dormeo has alleviated those pains.

I really like the topper, this is my third in as many years.They just don’t last long enough. The pillow, gave me a headache. I gave it away, sorry!

Pleasant agent

Comfortable topper. I really can't believe I paid that much for a topper, but I do get a good nights sleep laying on it. My hubby and both weigh over 200 lbs and we don't seem to sleep in a hole. My hubby really likes it.

Nice mattress cover, but not the be all or cooling affect that they advertise
