You should have more foam on top of those coils, because those coils printed on my back and that would make me itch all day long. Till they would go away

Your mattress topper poked me and caused me more pain. It did not help and I had to go in the hospital for major surgery and could not adhere to the 100 nights policy. I just want a refund. Not a replacement that will not help because of the way it is made. You are giving people false advertising and I will make sure my 259K followers on Facebook know about this product. What you are doing is not right. Especially to senior citizens. I even offered to take off $100 from the original price i paid. I hope you reconsider as my small refund compared to thousands of people knowing the truth about your terrible business practices.

I ordered a queen size dormer and received a twin size.I talked to a lady and she advised me that I should donate it and order the size I ordered.She told me that she could not return it because it had been opened.i ask her how I could send her pictures and the measurements of my mattress.i never received any help to let me send what she requested.if this is the way Dormeo treats people I just want a refund and I will send the twin size back.

This product is not as good as the company says, the company charging me it's a mess and they try to empty my credit card every month, I am really disappointed and I cannot send it back because it will not fit back on the box it was send to me

Our finance providers occasionally use pre-authorisation holds, which will not actually charge your card, but are used to determine eligibility. We do not require the topper to be repackaged into the original box for a refund, so please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any concerns.
