It's not standing up to what you say it's going to do and it's really not very helpful and my arms still go numb no matter what so it's not helping so I probably should send it back and get my money b
And you're too greedy about money because you want it all before you do anything and it's not standing up to what you're trying to sell so I feel I'm being had and I'm not happy with what you sent me

The worst experience that I ever had…
The worst experience that I ever had buying a mattress ! The worst customer service and delivery service !!!!! They called me to schedule the delivery and after that no more follow ups and or returning emails and calls. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks. I wish I spent 3000 dollars somewhere else! There are so many good mattress companies out there to have to deal with this lack of professionalism.

Not Happy
I do not find the topper comfortable at all.I have chronic pain and from reading all the positive reviews I decided to purchase but it's just not for me,will be asking for a refund.

I'm sorry but this product didn't live…
I'm sorry but this product didn't live up to the hype. I wake up in the morning with worse pain than when I went to bed. I'm definitely not sleeping any better and I figure that I have to bite the bullet on this purchase. As they say live and learn. I can't recommend this product because it didn't work for me.

The product has not improved my sleep…
The product has not improved my sleep or aches and pains. I am disappointed in the fit. Sheets dont fit well and the elastic stays are a nuisance

Thank you for this feedback on your experience with our product. As our Premium Mattress Topper is 3 inches deep, typically your existing sheets will fit fine. But in cases where you already have a deep mattress, deep pocketed sheets may be necessary to accommodate the additional height. We recommend using the elastic straps where possible to keep the topper in place on the mattress. Please ensure that the plastic buckles on the straps have been adjusted to match the depth of your mattress for best results.

I ordered your topper because I wanted…
I ordered your topper because I wanted to improve my sleep as I am a side sleeper. Your topper was supposed to help but instead sadly I wake up in the morning with both my side hip and side shoulder hurting in pain. I was hoping your topper would have been softer adding to my comfort. Very disappointed in your product!!
