OK except for the sales gimmick
Everything was fine except for the aggressively touted buying club (or whatever it was) that the sales guy tried to tack onto my purchase using very fast language hoping I wouldn't notice. Of course he was only doing his job, but I would caution anyone who asks me about Domeo to proceed very cautiously.

It dose help keep me cool at night
It dose help keep me cool at night. I just wish they would tell me or put somewhere on the packaging etc if there is a specefic end that is the "top" or "bottom" and if i can switch it without any negative effects.

Thank you for your review. We do recommend to rotate the topper from head to foot 180 degrees to ensure there is minimal wear on the Octaspring once every 6 months, as the head and foot end of the topper are interchangeable. The topper cannot be flipped however, as the signature Recovery Foam layer is on one side only. The Dormeo logo on the cover should be facing up. We hope this can help.

The mattress is awesome but it was…
The mattress is awesome but it was delivered in partially broken box and partially ripped wrapping leaving the mattress exposed during shipment. Luckily everything looks okay but when you are paying this much for anything, you would think these little things would be looked out for.

Thank you for letting us know about your experience receiving our product. Please be assured that the product itself is wrapped in a plastic vacuum seal and duffle bag to prevent any damage that occurs during transit. The box is expected to go through some wear and tear but will of course vary depending on the handling during shipment. Our packaging is designed so that the box can take the brunt of the damage without the product itself being affected.

It is the full length of the mattress. It’s soft but not squishy. The corner straps keep it in place.

Thank you for your feedback. We would describe our Premium Mattress Topper to have a medium feel combined with our zoned technology. However, "feel" or comfort level is subjective, so what feels soft to some may be different to others. That said, we can tell you that it is made with our signature Recovery Foam that will contour perfectly to your shape and the Octaspring Technology will cradle and support your body.

Communication regarding delivery could have been better. Otherwise, the experience has been acceptable.

All orders currently receive an email as confirmation when the order has been placed, an email when the item is dispatched from our warehouse along with the FedEx tracking number, and finally an email once the item is out for delivery.
