Nothing but Problems from the Beginning. They take your 500$ and give you a broke system. Not even able to display 2 slides from their Thousands!!! Got the box and took a month to set it up, because of course you have to call them to set it up.. Then pick your template, figure out how to incorporate your menu items, another 2 weeks... Opps past your Return period!! Then have it refresh, update, from the website,.... Tired!!! Junk!!

Dave, I called you (and your wife Elisa) today as soon as you let us know that you needed assistance. In fact, it is 12:52 PM PST now and you had requested a call at @ 2.00 PM PST and am scheduled to call you. As regards returning the unit, you had purchased it on 10/19/2017 - the 30 days return expired on 11/18/2017. We believe there is a setting issue and need to work with you to resolve it and your responses during the call are not helping resolve the situation. Note: You stated that you HAVE TO call us to set up - This is not true. Most customers are able to setup and have the system running within minutes - please see the multiple reviews that are evidence to that. In case assistance is needed, we are here to train and assist in getting the system running.

We had never used in house signage before purchasing the DoPublicity player. Purchasing was a great option as most players require monthly fees, but not DP. We quickly got comfortable using the very intuitive interface and then added the output to our website. Now the customers of our bar/restaurant can see our up to the minute menu specials and events on their smart phones. It's been very easy to use and has run constantly for over 2 years now. They provide a vast array of templates plus they make it easy to use our own digital artwork, signs and posters If you want to start using in house digital signage, you can't go wrong with DoPubliciy
