Customer service always replied to my questions, and kept me updated on the progress of my custom order. The final product is beautiful and demonstrates quality workmanship. I'm happy with the result - it's a treasure.

Cedric was amazing. Thank you to your team for creating this beautiful music/ring box! I can't wait to propose to my partner. Thank you for custom making the melody I sent in. It's one that she always sings to me when I'm sick. Your team could not have made it more perfect. I have so many good things to say!

Amazing turn around time and an incredible staff!

The music box is perfect, from the engraving to the song. Everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery. Great product and great company!

Love the product, looks amazing and functions great. The song plays a little fast. Wish it would play slower so the song played longer.

item arrived exactly as expected, communication during assembly was excellent. would definitely order again. thank you so much!

The employees I spoke to were wonderful. At every step of the process where I needed something customized, they checked in with me to confirm it was what I wanted; when I asked a question regarding the music box tune and wanted it adjusted, I was thoroughly explained to about why that would not be possible, which I found very helpful and informative. The music box itself is absolutely GORGEOUS, I am in love with it! It is the perfect gift for any loved ones in your life. The price tag for the custom tune is high, but I swear it's 100% worth it to hear a piece (that somehow isn't in their extremely extensive list) that means something special to you.

Top notch quality and craftsmanship. I used a custom tune and it was easy to communicate with the team at Donuma. The music box is now a family heirloom. Beautifully done.
