Mixed experience
Demo recording was slow - as requested - and the final product was double the speed. Beautiful box, as designed, however the design process allowed me to add features I hadn’t ordered, and then I had to pay extra. Awesome they could transpose the box for an original composition, however I was disappointed in a few of the steps along the way.

Hi Josh, Music box playback speed can be adjusted by moving black rubber propeller up/down. Additionally, the more you wind up music box the faster it plays. I am sorry about your experience with the online customizer. We will definitely take into account your feedback and make designing flow more understandable. ~Peter
