High quality music box, great customer service and experience in regards to the music box customization options.

I was searching for a while for a seller that could make a music box from a song that I wanted, not just the usual already pre-made melodies. Then I came across Donuma, and it felt like a blessing. It was exactly what I was looking for and more. All the extra customization options make the gift so much more special and meaningful. The different music box options are also really cool. The music box is great and has a nice feel to it. The engraving looks amazing, exactly how I was informed it would look. The quality of the sound is amazing, it's clear and beautiful. The QR code that comes with it is also just an extra feature that makes the gift more than just a gift, but also a memory. I really appreciate how you get updates for how the melody will sound, what the engraving will look like, and what the image in the music box will look like. You're involved in every step of the manufacturing process. It gives me a sense of security that the gift will turn out exactly how I want it to, and that there won't be any disappointments. The music box also delivered surprisingly fast. I got it in less than a month (but I believe I also ordered during a time where not many orders are being made, so it's important to keep that in mind). Overall, great service, great quality, fast shipping, and the perfect gift :)

I just received the custom music box with custom melody and it appears well made and of good quality. The packaging was well done with a good looking box tied in a nice ribbon.

I simply loved it! The music box is made with great care and quality. The process for ordering it was very customer friendly and the waiting time for getting the product was also very decent. The only thing I wish they offered, would be crafting the mechanism to play longer melodies. Still, all in all great product and lovely gift.

Product is nice and good quality. However, I had to pay $61 CAD extra upon delivery (Shipped to Canada). I see it is very briefly noted at the bottom of the Q&A. I am honestly disappointed that it was not made clear on the site when purchasing. It makes it seem like they wont tell you until you are stuck with it. So all please be aware. Also, if you are shipping directly to the gift recipient, they would need to pay to receive the gift.
