DonumaReviews of donuma.com

Good quality, delivered on expectations, very fast.

Customer service and communication is very fast and thorough. I had made a mistake on the date for engraving, and if not for the Donuma team confirming my selections, I would have been SOL. And the end product is everything I could have asked for and more, beautiful craftsmanship and the custom melody is spot on! Would, and have already recommended to my friends and family.

Ended up not using the service, but the customer assistance was very prompt and helpful.

Everything was awesome

I was looking for a specific type of music box design and Donuma was the only place I could find that offered what I wanted. I really appreciated the communication from the staff. The music box I received was amazing and I know it's going to be an amazing anniversary gift.

The music box was great quality and the chimes matched my custom order perfectly. Submission of the melody, approval, and subsequent order follow-ups were easy and reassuring. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

The music turned out great and the box is beautiful!

The product was fantastic and exactly as I ordered. The supplier contacted me to clarify some aspects of my request to ensure the product was exactly as I wanted. Fantastic service
