This is the second time Don Pablo has made me wait. It’s been a month since they charged my card and no coffee. Last time it was two months. Wouldn’t it be nice if their website stated “out of stock” instead of taking my money for one to two months before shipping? Unacceptable.

After 20 days I finally canceled my order…now we’ll see how long the refund takes…

First of all......I agree with another person. WHERE did all the reviews for this company go? 12 days from date of order. Let's remove weekends shall we? 3 days.....including a "holiday". Lemee see.....I am no Harvard genius here but.....that's 9 days. (I am assuming Saturdays are a work day?) I got an email today AFTER asking where my order was saying the "same thing".....we want your coffee to be fresh.....yada, yada, yada. I get that but really.....my first bag wasn't that fresh and this coffee is not exceptional. I figured by the time they DID ship it and by the time I got it......I am lookin' at 2 weeks or more. I got it due to the fact it's low acid.......I am headed to the grocery to get some low acid Folgers and it won't take ME 2 weeks to get it home. I threw in an extra star for the speedy refund. A sincere "we are having issues and it shouldn't take this long and we are sorry" email would have been better than the computer generated verbiage I got. I won't order from them again and can't recommend them. Clearly they need help filling orders.
