Fraudulent transactions company website scams you by putting order through twice , charging you twice, sending you two items you don’t want, website does not detail company return address, delays in receiving item back, still waiting for our money back after 34 days since original cancellation (placed straight away), and company is doing this to other people as emailed me by mistake about someone else’s transaction.

I ordered last September 2021 for Donner drums it cost 500 plus in Canadian dollar, requested for refund last November 2021, until now I don’t have my refund February 15,2022, they always send an email to wait for 10 to 15 days for 3 times, but it’s an SCAM!!!NO REFUND!!!!I don’t know if the owner of Donner know this, but the staff always ask me to wait for NOTHING!!!and now every time I follow up my refund NO RESPOND at all!!!BE WARE to all customers who wants to order here..

I bought a page turning pedal in October. It broke in late January. I contacted customer service on Feb 4. On Feb 11 all I have heard is we apologize but we have forwarded it to another department, if I hear anything at all. They usually ghost me for several days before sending another apology. Run far, far away from this company.

The worst customer care I ever had to deal with. Tried to buy a drum, they said it would be back in stock in November the last year which never happened. Bought a speaker one month ago and just now, after sending 3 emails asking about, I was told the speaker will be back in stock just in April. They’re just ridiculous. Don’t buy anything cause the chance to receive is less than 50%. DONT BUY IT.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a £460 product from this company in January which said it would be shipped in February. I then heard no update on delivery dates so decided to get in touch for an update. They then told me that the product wasn't in stock and that they had no idea when it would be. Even though the product was displayed on their website at this point as having 21 in stock ready for delivery. Despite me alerting them to this they still haven't updated the website and I can see that other people have order the product since and will be disappointed just like me. If I hadn't chased it up it's clear that they had no intention of bothering to let me know about the fact I wouldn't be receiving my order. They have no proper customer service, only email, no phone number. Their strategy is clearly to lie about stock so that they receive orders for items that they know they don't have and see how many people are willing to wait indefinitely for their items. Do not purchase from this company if you expect any degree of customer service or integrity. Companies like this think they can get away with anything if they send you a template email saying sorry but never compensate you for the time wasted or the disappointment.

Beware!!! Do NOT use this company! I purchased a music stand from this company. It arrived with a broken stand and wires hanging out of the attached light. When I contacted the company they took weeks to reply. They ignored my request for a refund and tried to send another. When they finally agreed to a refund I did not receive it. I had to go through the aggravation of chasing a refund through PayPal. Thank god for PayPal otherwise I would not have got my money back. This company are a Chinese based company posing as Europeans (for what reason I do not know). The products are flimsy, cheaply made and extremely poor quality. This company and the employees are nothing more than liars and thieves. If I could give a zero star rating I would. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DISGUSTING COMPANY! Further update: the company replied to this review within 24 hours of posting. It took several weeks for them to reply to my emails requesting help regarding my faulty order. When I requested a refund they did not respond at all. Do not be fooled by their polite reply. This company are crooks!

By far the most disgusting company I have ever dealt with. They lie (Repeatedly), they refuse to send me the item I have ordered. I've been going round in circles with them for over 2 months now, and still have not received the item I have paid for. I ordered some speakers, which they sent. The delivery company confirmed the delivery lost as I never received it. So far, okay, these things can happen. So I asked for a second pair to be sent. As the price of the speakers has gone up since I purchased them, they tell me I will have to pay for the difference. I tell them that this isn't a new pair I'm ordering, but a replacement for the pair that was lost in transit. They agree but then tell me the item is out of stock so I can have another set but will have to pay the difference. The website says that have around 80 in stock. They claim there is something wrong with the inventory system so they can't send them to me. I ask to be sent the same model in white. They say that's a different model so I'll have to pay the difference. Clearly they are doing everything they can to make me cancel my order as the speakers were purchased for £25 whilst now they are charging £60 for them. That wouldn't be such an issue if I hadn't read all the 1-star reviews here saying how it's almost impossible to get a refund form them. So, as it stands, they have my money, won't send me the product that I know they have in stock, and getting a refund seems like won't happen either.

Item never arrived. Customer services not helpful. Have been chasing for 3 months. Now January hopefully the refund will arrive in time for next Christmas.
