I purchased a keyboard piano. I inquired to return it and even paid return shipping. They received it April 15th, and as of this date over s month later, still no refund. They’ve been leading me on and won’t give me back my money. Stay away!

Purchased a new set of Donner DED-200 electronic drums. The sound module was bad so contacted Donnerdeal for a replacement or repair. They would do nothing even though this was a new set of their drums since we purchased them on eBay they would not make good the defective module. So then I tried to just purchase a new module from them so the drums would work. They told us they do not sell a module. Terrible customer service, they were perfectly fine to leave a customer in the lurch and not take care and help get a customer where they could use the product. Never again!

I ordered a piano that didn’t work out for me the way it was advertised. I contacted Donner within 30 days to return the product. I followed the instructions and brought it to the UPS store to be told it’s going to cost me what half the piano is worth to ship it back to them. Why would anyone buy a product from a store that you could not return with a pre-paid shipping label? I spoke to customer service which is pretty much non existent and they were no help at all. I communicated that I felt the piano was not the quality I expected for the price I paid and she said that it was a mistake on my end for not knowing that before purchasing. This entire process has been stressful and makes no sense to me. I will not be purchasing from here ever again and I advise you not purchase anything under $50 dollars from this company. I’m now going to be out a lot of money for a product that wasn’t honestly advertised.

Bought a piano on 7th March. Didn't receive and so tried to get money back. Impossible task!! Told we had to wait 20 business days for our money. 10th April told we had refund but didn't. Emailed them and they asked for me to wait 5 more business days (laughable). I told them NO! and reported them to Barclaycard today (11th April). Meanwhile they emailed me back saying: Transcript below- Dear Martin, ​Thank you for your email, We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We assure you that we have forwarded the issue to the related department to work on the refund as soon as possible. Kindly wait for it. If you have any further inquiries, please feel free to contact us. Best regards, Rama DONNER Customer Service Team. If you purchase from this company and the order goes wrong DO NOT expect a quick refund. An awful company to work with and an awful experience.

We were RIPPED OFF! As soon as we assembled the drum set we contacted you and made you aware that one cymbal doesn't work and also that we want to return it due to it being lower quality than we expected. Three weeks of emailing and calling and we still haven't been given ok from you to return it or told where to send it. The address on website clearly states not to return to that address. We were even willing to pay shipping Sitting on customer service with a stranger for 45 minutes while they tell you they are emailing you a label to three different email addresses when we both know they are lying gets kinda awkward. ** This company does NOT honor their return policy. *** filed dispute with PayPal today.

Buyer beware! I paid for a piano. Payment was made 2 months ago. Did not receive the piano and seller has been promising a refund, but after more than a month of promises where first the seller blamed Shopify, now they blame the bank and are asking for another extension (of another 2 weeks) I am starting to think this refund may never come. Lodging a dispute with the credit card provider. Update: After threatening to lodge a dispute with the credit card company the refund has showed up in my account.

Assigned my order (placed through the UK site) and they assigned it to a courier that doesn't deliver in the UK. Really unhelpful customer services and when they offered me a refund they said it would take 20 working days. Luckily I paid with PayPal so I opened a dispute the same day. I would strongly advise against buying from this company. Just to be clear… In response to the reply below: I have called that number multiple times. I’ve been advised that they won’t honour my refund unless I cancel my PayPal dispute. They won’t reply to my PayPal dispute and they can’t action anything without instruction from their parent company which is based in china as the website and phone number is just based in the EU to enable the Chinese parent company to trade here as if they were a native company. All of their instructions come from the company in china who refused my refund unless I cancel the paypal dispute even though they can’t deliver my order. The reply below is posted just to give the impression that there is a legitimate company here with a customer service number that can/will do something to assist. They can’t/won’t.

I ordered mini amp Heavy Medal. Out of stock. They sent email asking to select another item. I ordered a foot pedal and paid the price difference. 2 weeks passed and not shipping track. I emailed them via email they sent me. 1 month pass and no response. I have order numbers to reference and still no reply. They are fraudulent and theft of goods should be prosecuted on them.
