I have recently bought two pedals: Giant Metal and Yellow Fall. They work perfect. When I bought them, there was a problem with the servers, but they sent me an email quickly so that we´ve been in permanent communication. That´s all, very good service. And the pedals are very cheap and sound great.

I have recently received my second order from donnerdeal.com, each order for a around $200. My first order came a lot faster than I expected with no issues. My second order was delayed, but when I contacted donner about the delay they were very honest and informed me that one of the pedals I had ordered was out of stock and once they got it in my order would be shipped. Once it was shipped I received it in about 2 weeks. I have been very happy with my buying experience with donnerdeal and will buy from them again in the future and I also recommend them to my friends. I have never had a defective or damaged pedal, everything has always been in good and proper working order. I know some people question the quality of the pedals because they come from China and because they are so inexpensive, but I have been blown away by the quality of pedals I have received. I just recently got my first Donner brand pedal, the Boost Killer, and have really been enjoying playing it. I would say the build quality is as good as any pedal I have ever owned. All this to say that if you are worried about making that first order, don't be, you will get a good deal on some great pedals. The only warning I will give is once you have ordered be prepared to come back and order more because you will definitely want to.

Admittedly I was a little apprehensive about ordering from a company in China, as we've all heard nightmare stories and it's not like I can drive over there if I'm having problems. To date I have found them exceptionally reliable, however. The products arrive as described, are well packaged and arrive in a timely fashion - products coming from their UK warehouse arrive within the week, and orders from China usually take about 3 weeks to arrive. Recently I had an issue with one of my pedals being faulty, and Zhao on their ordering team was exceptionally helpful in getting the matter resolved. They even went as far as getting a replacement pedal to me prior to receiving the faulty unit back, which is rare to say the least. I am very happy with the service and the range available, and the great prices make it far easier to try out different things. If you're only spending £20-35 on a pedal, it's no massive loss if it's less than stellar when it arrives - although everything I have ordered so far has been of a good quality and items I would quite happily recommend to peers and clients alike. In summary, I can't say enough good things about Donner Deal. Get over there and bag yourself a bargain today!

My first time purchasing a Donner product, wanted to try the delay. Had the option to purchase through eBay, Amazon, etc, but purchasing direct through the website ended up being the best deal buy more than a few dollars and the pedal arrived faster than I expected. The delay itself is great. Well built, sounds even better than I expected. Even the packaging is top notch - equal and in most cases far better than you get from many more expensive and/or boutique brands. Would not hesitate to purchase the item again or to make another purchase from DonnerDeal - planning to do so again in the near future.

Bought a Donner Metric Bender at Donnerdeal,com. as it was so cheap was worth a punt at £30. There were no reviews as it appears to be a new model. Pedal turned up in around 10 days after ordering which is ok as it was free delivery. Packaged nicely in jiffy bag and nice box with magnetic catch . Open it up to find a solid aluminum case , smooth knobs and chunky footswitch. Nice green metallic colour paint job same as in the pic and built to last. Pedal sounds very good for the money classic analogue chorus flanger and phaser in a tiny foot print. Works really well for my punk and 80's cover band . Have already gigged with it no issues. Highly recommended company as just so cheap be silly to ignore and look forward to more purchases. Cheers Donner and keep Rocking!
