DonnerdealReviews of donnerdeal.com

I have bought from Donner on Donnerdeal.com and through Amazon. I have not had any issues either way. When I did have a question, I emailed & got a response the next day. Some of the gear is entry level, but it is label as such. Other items like the DA-35 amp I bought recently, gets regular use in live shows as a keyboard monitor. Everything I have purchased was delivered on time and in good shape. You are not going to find name brands here, but they don’t charge name brand prices either!

My first guitar was a Donner DAG. I really like it. Plays well, comfortable to hold. So, I recently purchased their Les Paul, DLP-124S, along some pedals, cables, and power brick. Half the order arrived within 5 days. After waiting a few more and no rest of order I contacted Donner. They found that the second part of order hadn't shipped. It was shipped two days after and I had it two days later. My experience with Donner has been wonderful. I think their guitar equipment is superb and there customer service was quick to respond and help me out.

I bought a Basment amplug and it arrived without problem, it has a ton of juice and works fine altough the "effect" included is rubish

I bought a Donner DWS-2. The transmitter unit wasn't perfect. I contacted Yuki from Donner. And after a few email exchanges, I got a new and perfect set. Yuki also made all the efforts to ensure that I would get my new set before Christmas despite the hectic shipping during the Holidays season. For the price, I just can't see anything that could beat the Donner DWS-2. Add the customer service on top of that, it's just as good as you can get. I would have no problem buying Donner's products again in the future. Quang D.

I got the yellow fall delay ,ive been using it for a slapback echo .its got good clean sound ..great value I also purchased the boost killer also a great deal for a rcbooster type pedal for clean to gainy boost .as with the yellow fall no ba c kground noise very quiet. .good value. .

I ordered from donnerdeal.com 3 times. The Noise Killer pedal, the DP3 power supply and one pedalboard (birthday present for a bandmate). All the orders were shipped within 2 days with tracking number, all are good.. no, great products, for a fraction of "brand" products prices. One of them was discounted same day after I ordered, so I contacted Donnerdeal via email, and the next day I got asked how I would like to receive the refund for the price difference. In summary, great products, great communication, excelent pricing.. I just wish they would offer more products, and maybe some dedicated pedals for bass. I would definitely buy from Donnerdeal again.

I love Donnerdeal. Great products at great prices and excellent service. What's not to like?

I bought 7 of their pédals direct from thé eshop, they're all very good and every time i had to contact them, i had a mail within one day!
