I bought my partner a guitar at Christmas time, expecting to wait for shipping. It arrived right on time. I emailed customer support with a question and they did take a couple days to respond but were friendly and helpful. The guitar is a knock off as expected by the low price but the quality is actually better than expected. It has great sound and is the perfect beginner instrument.

I was very happy and pleased with my purchase this company is very good. Although I had my doubts and thought the company was not real and I wasn’t going to receive my product I did in fact receive my product I was very pleased and my daughter loved her gift. I placed an order for a piano to ship to me in Canada. However DonnerDeal informed me that they only have stock in the US warehouse, and that I would need to wait until the Canadian warehouse is restocked. They provided me with a correct estimate of when the Canadian warehouse will be restocked. Delivery was quick through purolator from the Canadian warehouse. Overall happy with the customer service and product received.

I bought a Donner guitar with amazon and it produces really good sound with well made materials, the resonance also sounds very beautiful.

It makes me sad to see people having a bad experience with the Donner deal page. I have ordered at least 4 products from them, all of which have arrived sooner than the shipping stated. I absolutely love Donner products. Their customer service on Facebook is absolutely top notch. If you ever have an issue with anything I suggest starting there. Donner has increased the quality of their products from years past. I had ordered an acoustic guitar for a new learner, and ended up keeping it for myself it was so nice. I have a few pedals, microphones, and speakers from Donner and all of the products I got have been high quality and very durable! I am 150% satisfied with this company, and blown away by how inexpensive some of these items can be for what they offer. Some of the best "bang for your buck" products in the music biz. I would recommend to anyone in the game, to use Donner products since they have such high quality for such a low price. An absolutely awesome company.

Donner provides good quality products at a reasonable price, and backs them up with superior customer service. I have several of their products now, and have been pleased with each of them. I have also interacted with them whenever I have questions about products. They are very responsive. In one case, the product was not really ready for market, and when I let them know about that, they listened to me carefully, and talked with their engineering team and manufacturer about the problem. They are very sensitive to the needs of the customer, and are not afraid to make things better. For these reasons, Donner's reputation for providing solid products to the music industry is growing. I am excited to see what they will become in the future!

I'm very impressed with Donner as a company. The products - many of which are discount alternatives to pricey premiere products - are usually of very good quality and overall value is excellent. A couple times I have had defects or issues with a guitar pedal or amplifier - but both times it has happened, I simply reached out to them via support and they issues a refund, replacement or otherwise made it right. These guys are doing it right - I enjoy trying their new products as they come out.
