DonnerdealReviews of donnerdeal.com

Its been awhile since I would use a Viking reel to reel tape recorder to lay down tracks one over another. Fast forward to today, I purchased the TRIPLE LOOPER, what fun and truly a great tool for practice and trying out and working on new tunes/melodies. Also have the Donner Island Delay/Looper. Great products!

Ordered a couple of mini pedals and couldn't be happier with the sound and build quality. Shipping was very fast and packaged well. All round a great shopping experience.

I ordered four things where two would be delivered in one shipment and the other two would be delivered in the other. The one shipment which contained a guitar pedal and drum set only showed the pedal to be shipped, shown evident in UPS package weight being less than a pound (no drums were ever shipped), yet the donner tracking info claims the drums shipped with the pedal. The drums were never delivered but when I contacted them they responded quickly and quickly shipped me a drum set. Thanks donner!

Excellent product for the price it has. From an aesthetic point of view, it is a well-built and solid instrument. Simple, resistant and with quality details. Above all, what caught my attention the most was the pyrography on the rosette and the inner label. Very complete and original. All the same, very decent and surprisingly powerful for a ukulele. Maybe mahogany contributes to that strong, round resonance. Both in chords, plucking or arpeggios, it makes itself heard and cuts well on the mix. Also, if we add the bag, tuner, strap, strings, picks, etc., it can be said that it is an unbeatable product in its range. Very happy with the purchase.

I promised a 5 stars review, and i'm gonna do it. I ordered a guitar bundle, and the guitar came broken, in this case the neck. I attached a few pics as a proof. I reported the issue right away, and next day, Dale, in charge of Customer Service was very very kind to reply and informed me that another guitar was gonna be sent Just 5 days later the new guitar was in my hands. They never asked anything. Not even to return the broken guitar. I could give 10 stars if i had the opportunity! Astonishing Customer Service and a golden medal for Dale !

I came across Donner Music while looking for an effects pedal. The service I received was excellent right through to the final email from them thanking me for my order! Very prompt and couteous, most helpful and friendly. The item I bought was cheaper from Donner Music than from anywhere else and the post/packing was free so I'll never search Amazon or eBay for Donner's products again. My order was put in late on Friday and arrived mid-day the following Sunday - fantastic. I'm not allowed mention the Customer Services operative who helped me every step of the way, which is a great pity. The pedal is tiny and classy looking with a superb response. I'd advise everyone to give Donner Music a chance. A1 Donner Music, thank you.

This company is legit bought a drum and received it they used amazon services to ship their products And if you want to contact them used facebook messenger they replied to me within 24 hours

I ordered the Donner DEP-20 digital keyboard in January 2021, direct from their "DonnerDeals" website. The only "trouble" I experienced was the lack of updates on their order status page. Up until the day it arrived, their status page erroneously indicated that it was confirmed but not shipped yet (it appears that they now use Shop for tracking - so this problem may be resolved). After 7 days, I contacted Donner and received a non-reassuring message that it was shipped, in very poor English. In about 2 weeks, it arrived in a well-protected box, direct from China to Vancouver, Canada. Upon arrival, I was impressed with the quality of the packaging, the keyboard, the sustain peddle, the great feel of the weighted keys, and yes, the user manual. Kudos to Donner for putting a lot of effort into delivering a quality product. I'm still impressed after 3 months. This is the perfect keyboard for beginners to intermediate players. If you're reaching into the Henle grade level 4 and up range, maybe it's time to consider a better piano? My only wish is that Donner Customer Service Team needs to improve. This review should be 4 stars, but I feel compelled to give 5 to counteract the suspicious negative reviews. I am so happy that I didn't see the Trustpilot (negative) reviews, and decided to trust two of my favorite reviewers on YouTube, namely ThePianoforever and Jeremy See. In my opinion, I think some of the negative reviews on Trustpilot are either fake or disingenuous.
