Terrible communication and horrible shipping time. Don't order direct from them if you need it fast. It's been 21 days and the shipment has not even reached the USA. I had to order another set of wireless transmitter and receivers from someone in the USA because I needed this right away. Now I'm stuck with 2 sets I guess when this one from China finally gets here....It's a great product but like I said...If you need something fast it's not going to happen.

I order 4 items tutti love, pedal tuner, mini eq, noise suppressor. I received tutti love and noise suppressor. I have been emailing for over two weeks for my remaining product. Yuki provided me with a fake ups and FedEx tracking number. I provided my order number for donner deals and he said it would be handled. So far I get no to little contact an email saying I ordered from Amazon when I ordered from donnerdeal he also states my package left Carolina and is coming to Missouri. I don't live no where near Missouri I am closer to new York and Canada. I have supplied all info and this yuki fellow is scamming me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM DONNER IS A SCAM OR THEIR PEOPLE ARE AT LEAST. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. SCAM ARTIST. I will not do business with them on a scale of 1-10 I give a zero

I placed an order and never received my pedal. After a month I got an email, (Riddled with typos!) stating that there was a clerical error that didn't indicate that I had already paid. (Which I had.) Unfortunate for them. I was looking forward to doing more business but now I can't in good conscience. 😩 I'm awaiting my refund.
