DonnerdealReviews of donnerdeal.com

Horrible experience. I got ripped off. Paid for item 3 months ago. They immediately processed the transaction. Then nothing. Never sent item. Emails say, its on the way. They are liars, they are crooks. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CRIMINALS!

I had looked at reviews on this site and took them with a pinch of salt, how wrong was I to do that!! I ordered my goods on the 17th February and to date they still haven't even shipped them! The communication is awful, they constantly lie. I have been told for the last 5 days my items have been shipped. This morning they have finally agreed to refund me!!! Will avoid in future!

I made a purchase with these guys. Over a week ago. And they haven't even thought of shipping it as of this date. They contacted me. And said, they're going to go through their Amazon warehouse. ? They don't respond to emails. I believe I'm getting screwed. I'm going to turn this over to my credit card company. And get them to pull the money back away from them. I wouldn't buy from these guys again. For any reason. Stay away from him.

Purchased the Donner Wireless Page Turner just over 6 months ago. The devise will no longer turn on. After emailing back and forth over several days, their attitude was very much "oh well". They do not have a warranty page on their web site for good reason, they do not stand behind their products. A 6 month warranty does not instill much confidence.

Placed an order with the people, order went to directly to china. Recieved an email stating orders will arrive 7-10 business days, reached out to customer support, got alot of Chinese lettering back and then guaranteed 25 days. Doesn't make sense, if something is out of stock public should be aware that they will have their order through China directly. There is no number to speak to someone, and emails have a time zone difference which makes it difficult to communicate. NOT US BASED ON US SOIL.

Little to no information about where they are located. In the states or in China. Didn’t answer any questions about my tracking. Just said it was being shipped. They only gave me item numbers for tracking. Told me my e-mail wouldn’t go thru. They said finally in an e-mail that they would track it and get back with me. Never did. Most of their communication was thru Facebook. I think Facebook should be aware of what companies they put on there site. Very suspicious behavior. Zero

Never recieved order. They gave me a tracking number that doesn't work. Always giving suspicious excuses. Allegedly my loval post office "rejected the package"... Doesn't really make sense. Of course they never notified me I had to hound them. I ordered from donnerdeal.com and I'm wondering if it's even a real site or just a scam.

Got a defective Delay, I send a refund request to donner, but donner never response email. The delay pedal is not work, when I turn the switch on, my guitar Sound is disappear(no delay sound also). I will contact paypal for refund, I won't trust donner anymore.
