DonnerdealReviews of donnerdeal.com

UPDATE! finally received my Looper pedal with drum machine from donner deal! If I order anything from Donner deal again it will be through Amazon and 2 day delivery, not through Donner deal store! Hope this helps

Alright so I sent them an email a few days after I placed my order because I wanted to know if I would get a tracking number when my guitar had shipped. They responded pretty fast, saying they shipped the order a day after I placed it but it wasn't in the logistics yet, and they would update me when it was. 2 weeks later I still hadn't gotten any updates, so I emailed them again, but got no response. Then I sent them more emails, no response. Then I contacted them through Instagram, then they finally responded. I asked for a refund, and they said they couldn't do that cause they shipped my order a few days ago. But, in the first email, they said they shipped it the day after, and I dont know about you, but I wouldn't call 3 weeks ago a "few days". Later, I got another email saying they arranged for a refund. So that would mean that they lied about having my order shipped out. Absolutely terrible. Which is really disappointing, since their products have such positive reviews. If you're gonna buy from them, don't buy directly from their site, cause you most likely won't be getting it.

Ordered some wireless DMX equipment and it's been radio silence from them despite multiple emails. Money's probably gone...

30 days and no communication on the whereabouts of my order. I am utterly disappointed I have continuously emailed and patiently waited for any response but nothing. I will be asking for a refund and contacting a lawyer to sue.

16 days and ZERO communication. No shipping or tracking information. Email says to use Shop app for tracking information. Did not want to download app, but did anyway. Worthless. No tracking information. I have tried to email them by responding to initial email. Nothing. Tried contacting them through their website. No response. On the phone now with my bank trying to figure out how to dispute the charges. DO NOT order directly from Donner.

I bought a revecho pedal and it burnt out on me. they wont replace or refund it, i barely even used it. SCAM. STAY AWAY

Placed an order for a mic stand that I have not received four months later, and will probably not receive. If you are reading this do not trust this website, from what I can tell it is a total scam.

I’m reading these reviews now and I too should have researched further. I’ve been scammed:(- How can these guys sleep at night. Get a real business instead of Donnerdeal SCAM. com It’s been a month for me too. My money was taken out so fast they must have 10g network. As previously people said they say it’s in the way but on the way to where? Mars? Or are they going to Mars to get it? I’m going to attempt to reach them either ship my product or give me my money back! Like every person has said here !!!!! “DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS” STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM BUSINESS Why are they not shut down?!
