Email about no arrival of keyboard should of been a Christmas present for my son .no proper tracking all I keep getting told its shipped its been weeks .not a reliable company at all now wanting a refund surprise surprise no response going see if PayPal can help .thought the keyboard looked to good to be true its a shame .wouldn't use unless you have lots and lots of time to wait and wait .I only have one neighbour they did not receive it plus I had no card through my door from any delivery company to say it had been delivered. The tracking number I received says something was delivered to Nottingham GB but not literally to my address .so no proof it was delivered. Although I did receive my free gift ok a recorder which nearly cost Me £200

Despite responding to my first negative review I still have not heard back from this company.As is typical of a company whose only concern is to sell you a product and then forget about you ,their policy seems to be to ignore you when things go wrong and hope you go away.Please accept my advice and never use this company

This is a fraudulent company! DO NOT BUY! I bought a drum pad and stand, was charged for it, and then received and email saying they were out of stock. I asked for a full refund and was a promised a refund within 15 days. No refund ever came. This website is a scam.

I order an acoustic electric guitar Donner website showed 41 in stock, they wrote back and said they were out of stock but charged anyway. It's been 2 weeks and still waiting for my full refund. I was going to order a looper as well as an amplifier but will never do service with them again. I made purchase through PayPal so one way or another I should get paid, when???? Who knows?

I ordered a keyboard a few weeks ago, it arrived faulty. I contacted their customer service which is obviously in China, they said I was allowed a refund and had to wait up to 15 working days so I waited and no refund. I contacted them about it again and they said to wait another 48 hours. I then received a fake email saying I’ve received my refund (I haven’t). I’ve read so many bad reviews of this place and wish I’d checked before ordering from them. avoid them at all costs!

I placed an order with Donnerdeal, and realized there was an item I forgot to place in the cart. I immediately ordered the correct items instead, and then emailed customer service to please cancel the first order. There is no option for the customer to cancel an order after placing it. Customer service responded that I should keep the order and they will give me $20 off. That is totally not what I was requesting, and they ignored my request to cancel the first order. Now they are asking me to pay for shipment back to them. I ordered about $400 worth of equipment. Update 11/24/2021: Donner has refunded the 1st purchase I was trying to cancel. I am still trying to recover funds from the $167.00 UPS return shipping I had to pay out of pocket. Update 11/26/2021: Donnerdeal has refused to compensate for any of the $167 UPS return shipping. Their system lacks any kind of cancellation method, so if you buy from them, be 100% sure the item is what you want.

Scammed. Like a fool I placed an order before looking here. Took my money, emailed me days later to say not in stock and will probably never be. I said 'refund please'; they said 'wait 3 weeks'... which isnt acceptable, but I did. A month later no refund, no replies to emails, nothing. So theyve essentially robbed me of £150, and Im now seeking legal advice. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND TELL EVERYONE TO DO THE SAME. They should be shut down.
