donatestock.comReviews of donatestock.com

We have just signed up with DonateStock and are very impressed with the responsive of the team; the quality of the staff member who led the instructional webinar; and the ease with which our small non-profit was able to register on the site. It took perhaps 5 minutes to register and the back and forth emails with company took another 5 minutes. Registering with a brokerage firm would have taken 5-10 days. We have not yet secured a donation so I will be happy to report back when that is accomplished.

DonateStock.com has radically simplified a previously cumbersome process for donors and charities. And it’s very fast and secure. Innovation at its best.

I have used Donatestock.com twice before with no issues: it is efficient, intuitive, and helpful. I have previously used a brokerage directly (Vanguard, specifically), which saves on a very small commission, but is complicated and painful and took several hours to figure out. Especially for someone new to the process, it is worth it to use this process, for both the non-profit recipient and the donor. The tax benefits of donating stock vs. cash are major and often underappreciated by donors: in most cases, most people should be donating stock to ensure their money goes further in helping the causes they care about. The customer service team is responsive.

Very good and clear instructions regarding how to execute a stock donation, especially for the first-time user of such a service. Prompt interaction with my ultimate recipient of the donated stock. Very efficient processing and written communication regarding status and completion.

This is a fantastic organization to work with and its purpose is undeniably much needed and appreciated.

You are wonderful at training and encouragement

I do the website for MonroeCountyFriendsofAnimals.org and thought this was a great way to help fund our efforts to help the pets that come into our care.

Hello! We recently registered with your organization and have kindly received a $3k donation! Times are so hard right now and we cannot thank you enough for supporting this little dog rescue that could. We appreciate you!
