Thank you for your detailed and thoughtful review! We’re so glad to hear that you’re happy with the sturdiness and design of your Domi gazebo, and that your contractor was impressed with the build quality. We appreciate your honest feedback regarding the bracket caps and the missing connector part. While your unit was a sale model that didn’t include the caps, we’re glad you were able to order them quickly, and that our customer service team could assist with the missing part via DHL. We also take note of your suggestion about including caps as a standard feature. Regarding the response delay due to the time difference, thank you for your understanding — we do our best to support customers across all time zones. It’s wonderful to hear that despite these minor issues, you would give us 5 stars and consider buying from us again. Thank you for choosing Domi!
