DO NOT BOOK!! we made an honest mistake booking before reading any reviews. Not only that they added extra charges after we returned the car but also 4 months after we still haven't received our deposit back which seems they don't even intend to return. No reply by phone, email or Whatsapp, just impossible to reach them. After reading reviews we understood it's a common problem people have with this company. Absolutely shocked by the situation. AVOID. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Horrific experience. The car I rented broke down three times, with the final breakdown taking over three hours to be addressed. Despite the obvious issues with the vehicle, I was still charged for fuel after they towed it away — an entirely unjustified charge given the circumstances. When I raised a complaint, I was repeatedly passed between team members, with zero ownership or accountability. This happened over the space of a month. After finally speaking with a senior staff member, I was promised a fair response and compensation, only to be told the following day that the issue was entirely mine — and no compensation would be offered. The lack of responsibility, poor communication, and dismissive customer service was appalling. It’s clear this company does not stand behind its service or customers. I never usually feel the need to write reviews, but this was such a poor experience, that I felt it important to warn other drivers.

this company is complete scam . We booked the car return and saw all the negative reviews from the website and canceled the booking and confirm they are going to refund me in 21 working days and that was in December 2024 and now is march 2025 and still no sign of refund . Return my money scammer

The process of selecting, renting, and picking up the car was smooth and straightforward, with good pricing. The staff was courteous and professional, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed by the lack of clarity regarding additional fees for returning the car to the airport. I was charged 40% above the original rental price for returning the vehicle to the airport’s designated return area. It appears that to avoid this charge, returns should be made to the Crowne Plaza Hotel instead—a detail that was not communicated upfront. Clearer instructions about return locations and associated fees would have been helpful to avoid unexpected costs.

I rented a car for delivery. It didn't arrive at the delivery time. I tried calling all listed numbers but they didn't answer or the number took me to the wrong office. I went to the rental shop myself an hour after my car was supposed to arrive and it wasn't ready. The staff were nice but the companies systems are not goo.d

Their site is nice, new cars, and reasonable prices. That was my first impression, so I went to their small desk in Al Jimi mall in Al Ain, where the guy there told me I was required to have a credit card. I have a high enough salary that I never needed to borrow money. I am buying a Suzuki Baleno next month and I wanted to try it further, because a test drive isn't enough for me. Anyways, no credit card means no car, the man said, because we need to take a deposit first. I said I can cover twice the deposit if that was the case, but the answer was still a no. Felt strange that the site never mentioned that cash and debit payments were not accepted, so I kindly suggested he tell the management to add a very clear "no cash or debit" notification on the site and he turns to confrontation mode saying in quite the rude tone "sir, if you read properly, you will see that credit card is clearly mentioned"... ok, thank you so much. I caller their Abu Dhabi call center but there was no response (call picked up but no sound whatsoever" and my Whatsapp message is still unanswered after 12h.. quite reassuring in case you get an emergency. Reading other reviews here made me really happy I did not rent a car from them.
