Bad,bad,bad-car delivery 2 hours late,car collection 3 hours late,no communication,total chaos.By far the worst car rental experience.Now afraid of post rental charges.

If I could give 0 I would. Shocking customer service. I ended up contacting them multiple times but no answer. Total disregard for their company policy and now trying to charge me for their mistake. Not upholding the promises made. Been through 3 cars in 12 weeks which is shocking. Staff are rude and don’t listen.

They are extremly rude and doenst have any system at all. They dont register correct contact details and suddenly its your problem. Honestly I have never experieced such bad service before.

Dear owner, I have the very bad experience your company. They don't have the proper Customer Care. They took extra money for me. Staff is very bad attitude, especially this guy Haris He shouted me. I was inform your all managers, but still no response my email and my calls.

Very bad service They charge you upfront and then they can’t provide the car they charged for and refund takes 21 days! Why to charge at the first place for something you don’t have.

Beware!!!!! I rented from this company for almost a year and after receiving so many fines I had to look into it. I have never received so many fines living in Dubai for over 15 years. I will be soon investigating the traffic fines as I know that these cannot be real. I am in the process of gathering information and filing a case. Please be diligent and cross check everything. Also they add random charges.

Just another scam car rental in dubai. I rented a car but after reading the nonsense contract returned the car. They said they will return the remaining amount after 21 days, nearly two months have passed and they didn’t return the deposit and don’t answer any calls. Avoid all car rentals in Dubai, these are scamming companies just use uber or taxis
